We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Lead to join our clients dynamic team in Greater London.

As a Programme Lead you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering cyber security projects, ensuring the successful implementation of project management processes and overseeing various aspects such as risk management, change control, quality management, test management, and more.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of cyber security projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope
• Implement and maintain project management processes, including risk management, change control, quality management, and test management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, taking appropriate actions to mitigate or resolve them
• Monitor project progress, provide regular status reports, and conduct project reviews
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members, ensuring clear understanding of project goals and expectations
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners as needed to ensure seamless project delivery
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of cyber security

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Cyber focused Programme Lead or similar role, successfully delivering complex cyber security projects or enterprise level projects.
• Strong knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and processes
• Familiarity with risk management, change control, quality management, test management, and other project management practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve project goals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Experience of using Agile and/or Waterfall methodology
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CISM are highly desirable
