Key Responsibilities:

• Establish technical credibility and collaborate with Sales to drive the adoption of integration-focused products and features.
• Cultivate strong relationships with partner organizations' executives and technical stakeholders.
• Lead technical discussions and troubleshoot integration issues with large customers, providing architectural guidance to developers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance user experiences, reduce costs, and accelerate growth by analyzing existing processes.
• Act as a technical intermediary between customers, support, engineering, and business teams.
• Set integration goals, monitor progress, and overcome obstacles to achieve objectives.
• Participate in architectural discussions to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of development experience, contributing to multiple large projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong technical background in areas related to automated or established customer enablement processes.
• Hands-on experience with at least one coding language, such as C#, PHP, Python.
