We're on the lookout for a dynamic and seasoned Head of Partnerships based in Toronto to spearhead our clients expansion. This pivotal role involves nurturing relationships and establishing a resilient reseller network for our groundbreaking methane emissions monitoring solutions.


Responsibilities:


  1. Partnership Strategy:
    • Devise and execute a strategy for building a robust reseller network.
    • Identify potential partners and conduct thorough market analysis.

  2. Partner Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate strong ties with key partners.
    • Collaborate on defining value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

  3. Business Development:
    • Amplify the reseller network and enhance market outreach.
    • Scout and negotiate new partnership opportunities.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Forge close ties with sales, marketing, and product teams.
    • Ensure seamless communication and alignment.

  5. Reporting and Analysis:
    • Establish KPIs to gauge the success of our partnership endeavors.
    • Regularly furnish progress reports for stakeholders.


Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in business or marketing.
  • A proven track record in cultivating partnerships or networks.
  • Prior experience in the environmental or sustainability sector is advantageous.
  • Proficient in negotiation and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic thinking and data analysis.
