Governance EA/PA
Job description
Our Clients, a recognised bank for enterprising business owners and entrepreneurs, is currently looking for a Governance EA/PA to assist the Head of Legal & Company Secretary in the day to day administration of the department in a time of very intense operational activity.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Company Secretary with such matters as filing documentation with Companies House.
- Organising Board Calendars
- Administering actions coming out of Board and Committee Meetings
- Assisting in updating corporate governance documents such as the Corporate Governance Policy, Board delegated mandates.
- Updating Terms of Reference.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience
- Good communication Skills (both written and verbal)
- Essential duty of confidentiality
- Integrity
- Used to working in a pressured environment
- Interest in or experience of Governance
- Preferably previous experience of working in a Financial Services environment or governance environment.
- Pragmatic approach to problem solving
- Commercial approach & Attention to detail
This is a full-time, contract position for an initial period of 6 months with the potential to extend and/or become permanent (although this is not guaranteed).
