Field Marketing Manager - 12 Month Contract - 70,000 TRY per month - Turkey

Our client, a global leading technology business are currently hiring for a Field Marketing Manager to collaborate with the demand generation team, product marketing, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives and land the Marketing tactics with the appropriate route-to-market follow up to achieve Marketing Sourced Pipeline goals.

Responsibilities

• You will be interlocked with the Sales teams, and with the partner ecosystem.
• You will orchestrate the Marketing tactics from the Marketing plan of record and pipeline creation and progression tactics to drive the customer to consider and prefer the company solutions to solve their technology and transformational needs.
• Understand demand generation targets and deliver initiatives that drive in-bound responses, leads for sales teams, and apply strategies to assist Sales in achieving results from up-sell, cross-sell and pipeline progression initiatives.
• As a Field Marketer will work closely with key stakeholders across marketing and sales to create compelling, relevant and differentiated client experiences to reach target audiences with relevant content and conversion tactics.
• You will apply analytical approaches and tools to infuse intelligence into marketing programs and act on opportunities for performance optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience working in a technology Marketing role Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM.
• Extensive experience working with Excel and Marketing operations.
• Solid understanding of the marketing-to-sales funnel and lead management process.
• Excellent understanding of the customer journey online and in person. Good understanding of ABM

This is an immediate start contract role for 12 months that will likely extend and/or revert to an FTE/permanent contract (although this is not guaranteed).
