Enterprise Account Executive
Job description
Our client, a global and well-established MarTech/SaaS company, are currently hiring for an Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth by focusing on new client development and managing long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities:
Manage and develop long-term partnerships with some of the biggest brands in the world
Increase renewal rates
Manage relationships with account users regarding engagement and product adoption in order to exceed commercial targets
Identify and lead up-sell opportunities to drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction and overall engagement
Experience and Qualifications:
Previous experience in account management in the DACH market in a customer-facing role
Experience in working with SaaS Enterprise accounts (over 1,000 employees)
Strong understanding of the digital marketing space
Great communication and presentation skills
Ability to confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues
Highly successful at running a consultative sales processes in large, complex organisations
Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of organisations
Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company.
This is a full time, permanent employed position, which is 100% home/remote based with occasional travel required.
