Our Client, a multinational energy company, is currently hiring a Telephone Customer Service Advisor to support customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony, to supporting customers via email and website communications.
- Listen to customers concerns, issues and questions.
- Resolve customers concerns and answer customers questions to your best ability.
- Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customers complaints.
- Previous experience in call centre environments.
- Superb customer services & communication skills.
- Good IT skills (especially Excel).
- Personable and engaging.
This is a full time, 8 month contract role with a possibility to extend and/or become permanent (although this is not guaranteed).
