Job Title: Cisco UCCE/UCCX / Cisco UC Specialist (Entry-Level)

Job Description: As an Entry-Level Cisco UCCE/UCCX and Cisco UC Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, deploying, and managing Cisco Unified Communications solutions for our valued clients. While no prior experience is required, enthusiasm for Cisco UCCE (Unified Contact Center Enterprise), UCCX (Unified Contact Center Express), and Cisco UC (Unified Communications) is essential. A foundation in networking and data center technologies will be advantageous.
Design and Implementation: Collaborate on the design, deployment, and configuration of Cisco UCCE, UCCX, and Cisco UC solutions to meet client specifications.
Troubleshooting: Learn to identify and resolve intricate technical issues related to Cisco UCCE/UCCX and Cisco UC systems.
Integration: Work with our experts to integrate Cisco UC solutions into existing network infrastructure, data center technologies, and communication systems.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Support: Provide assistance and technical guidance to clients, addressing inquiries and issues related to Cisco UCCE/UCCX and Cisco UC.
Testing and Optimization: Assist in testing, performance tuning, and optimizing Cisco UCCE/UCCX and Cisco UC systems to ensure peak performance.
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including network engineers, data center specialists, and IT professionals, to deliver integrated solutions.
Training: Learn to train end-users and client IT teams in the operation and management of Cisco UCCE/UCCX and Cisco UC systems.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration are highly regarded.Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of Cisco UCCE/UCCX and Cisco UC. Basic knowledge of networking and data center technologies. Familiarity with WebEx Contact Center is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
