Job description

Our client is a world-leading video-centric smart IoT solution and service provider, is currently recruiting an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager for their rapidly expanding business and will be responsible for the business development in Poland, Baltics and CEE regions and will report to the Regional Director.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Generate and execute annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan to ensure strategic and financial targets are met;
  • Generate and execute commercial strategies including product strategy, MSRP policy, channel policy…etc;
  • Develop distributors to cover channels such as audio-video system integration / office IT system supply & Integration / schools & universities IT system supply & integration, and etc…;
  • Manage existing Key Accounts, keep good relationship with customer;
  • Plan and execute channel marketing and promotion activities to stimulate sellout;
  • Collaboration with Marketing team to develop Brand Awareness, supporting marketing activities including Brand Launch, Product Review, trainings and workshops….etc;
  • Conduct market research, collect competitive product information, price strategy and promotion activities, then analyze relevant countermeasures;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. Bachelor degree
  • With 3+ years experiences as Sales in IT channels or office IT system supply, experience in audio-video system equipment sales and multi-countries collaboration will be a big plus;
  • Familiar with IT distribution channel, main players and interest&dislike . Have rich customer resources, success case of developing Key Accounts independently;
  • With successful case of building new brand from 0 to 1;
  • Excellent market insight and planning ability, business analysis ability, business negotiation ability, communication and coordination ability;
  • Fluent English;
  • Used to high frequency business trip
