Business Analyst

Our client develops world class solutions for high profile organisations across financial services, insurance, local government, and healthcare.

They are looking for a Business Analyst who will be the vital link between their information technology capacity and business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of their software product's features.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify goals, develop best practices for data collection, and analyse current processes to determine what can be improved to achieve their desired outcome.
• Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Performing quality assurance
• Defining reporting and alerting requirements

Requirements & Experience

The ideal candidate would have very strong BA skills, and preferably have good experience in Insurance or a similar financial/regulatory industry

• Workshop facilitation
• Requirement documentation (e.g., user stories)
• Data Modelling
• Business Process Modelling
• Interface design (e.g., wireframes, screen mockups)

This is a fully remote, full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday with flexible working hours.

There may be some requirement to attend office/ client locations (global) on occasion.
