Our client, is a world leader in the technology industry, is currently recruiting a SMB Channel Account Manager In order to pursue its continuous and rapid growth in the French market
In collaboration with SMB sales managers, you will have to be specialised in "Corporate Resellers"
- Prospecting and development of target accounts;
- Retention of a portfolio of existing customers and potential new accounts;
- Presentation to clients and understanding of their needs in order to develop adapted solutions and define action plans to detect business opportunities (in collaboration with internal departments) thanks to your solid knowledge of our products and solutions;
- Competitive intelligence and market potential analysis.
- Produce bi-weekly reports (objectives, budget, action and result, corrective actions, profitability etc.).
- Increase brand awareness and reputation.
- 5 years of experience in account management of IT products (Professional, etc.), ideally with a manufacturer or a distributor.
- An appetite for the market and new challenges and an ability to adapt to a network market
- Be attracted to local area network (WLAN) devices, networking products, unified communication, IT and etc.
- Good relationships in the market and networks and proven ability to prospect and penetrate new customers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent analytical skills (business performance monitoring) and problem solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Good attention to detail and proactive.
- Fluent in English
