Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer - Contract

Our client, a leading law firm, based in Berkshire and London, are currently hiring for a Senior Corporate Commercial Lawyer to who will have responsibility for managing other members of the team, whilst undertaking a broad range of commercial and corporate work for clients.

Responsibilities

Experience required in commercial contracts (terms, supply agreements, master services agreements, commercial agents and manage mergers and acquisitions (up to £10m).

Supporting clients in following key areas as required -

• Business start-ups
• Restructuring
• Investment and fundraising
• Shareholder agreements and bespoke articles
• Exiting shareholders and share buybacks
• Shareholder disputes
• Banking and re-financing projects
• Governance advice
• Compliance and risk management

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years PQE experience as a commercial solicitor
• Experience in all aspects of business development
• Demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment
• Hands on approach with proven ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with others at all levels of the Firm

This is an immediate start full time, contract/interim position to run for up to 12 months, with the potential to extend or become permanent (although this is not guaranteed).

This position is working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
