Our client within the Financial Services sector, is currently hiring for an Operations Specialist - Post Completion Onboarding to effectively manage the successful onboarding activity of post completion loans.
- Complete all post completion onboarding checks
- Issue new customer welcome letter
- Complete initial welcome call
- Provide a prompt and comprehensive telephone response to all new customer queries
- Provide a prompt reply to all written customer correspondence
- Check the accuracy of all legal documents and deal with any discrepancies or non-conformity
- Chase solicitors and customers as required
- A mortgage lending and/or servicing background
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Driven to provide excellent customer outcomes
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a member of the team
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and telephone skills
- CeMAP desirable
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday. The team are all working remotely at the moment however once government guidelines change this position will be working 5 days a week at their offices based in Fleet.
