Our client, a not for profit regulator based in London are currently hiring for a HR Operations Assistant to provide a front-line service to the People team and the wider business

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative expertise for core process interpretation and delivery
  • Engage and work effectively with the rest of the People Team colleagues to grasp and interpret the business needs in terms of business support
  • Engage and work effectively within People Operations team
  • Provide first line support within the People Team and to the wider business in areas
  • Provide expert administrative support across a range of People administration process areas

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a previous comparable HR, administrative or support function
  • Highly organised and comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritising in order to manage a busy workload and meet competing deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to produce emails, letters, minutes, and reports that are accurate and in an appropriate style
  • Ability to communicate and transfer knowledge effectively to others
  • Experience of working with Microsoft Office
  • Experience of using a HR information system
  • Ability to act with diplomacy and discretion and to safeguard confidential and sensitive information.

This is an immediate start full time, contract position working from home/remotely with occasional travel to London required.
