Our client, a global SaaS business based in Reading are hiring for a Customer Success Manager to develop and maintain strategic business relationships with SMB accounts to promote the company's products and services and profitable business relationships and to be the principle contact point for all technical issues, concerns and guidance.
In this role you will act as "Trusted Adviser" to the Customer by providing strong and consistent relationship building, and by providing sound decision making, technical and managerial competence, and inspiring confidence.
This is an immediate start PAYE/Umbrella (Ltd Company not an option) contract role to cover maternity and will run for a minimum period of 12 months, with the potential to either extend up to 24 months, or become permanent
This position is working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday with occasional UK client site travel required.
