Our client, a global SaaS company, are currently hiring for a Chief Revenue Officer to own responsibility for revenue growth by building devising and implementing growth strategies and by building high-performing sales, marketing and support teams across EMEA.

Reporting to the CEO, you will drive new business development activity and lead the sales and marketing teams whilst strategically setting and delivering on ambitious company growth targets

You will assume full responsibility for developing and implementing the go-to-market strategy for all commercial activity in order achieve net-new logo customer acquisition and existing client renewals and growth targets.

You will work closely with internal teams and functions to support the overall growth of the business, and to create, develop and maintain a first-class customer experience and team culture

Requirements

  • Extensive experience gained in a SaaS environment, at senior sales and marketing level
  • Experience of building high-performing commercial teams
  • A proven track record of over-achievement of growth targets
  • Capable of navigating complex, high-value deals
  • A good understanding of the fundamentals of a customer buying process and handling large accounts, with multiple decision makers.
  • A driven and high-achieving attitude that is spread among everyone in a team.
  • Sales methodology experience/knowledge preferred (Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN etc).
