Our client, a global global pharmaceutial/healthcare company, are currently hiring for a Bids & Tender Manager to support our the national sales teams to win and secure new tenders.
The successfull candidate will manage and be responsible for all tender submissions, including all specification responses, building commercial proposals and all additional documentation that requires completion.
The position will suit a detail orientated Tender Manager who will also enjoy attending customer visits alongside sales colleagues to negotiate and secure new business.
A key element of the role will be coaching and developing a team of Tender Specialists who will compile all tender responses in line with specification requirements and sales team knowledge.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday.
